Another parcel of the Middlesex Turnpike project was proposed as a ground up office building as part of a mixed-use development on Middlesex Turnpike. Painted corrugated metal panels and off-set window strips were suggested as a low cost solution for a modern, fresh look exterior building appealing to smaller high tech tenants on the Route 128 periphery.
