Centro de Adoración Vida Nueva (New Life Worship Center) is a small congregation in Worcester, MA currently housed in an office building. Instead of renovating that structure, their new plan is to convert an industrial building on the property, once a pre-manufactured storage building with an exposed steel frame. This scheme, approved by the town for change of use, seats 450 and adds on to the main structure for offices, welcome rooms and a fully equipped A/V control room. Phase one construction is planned for 2018.
