This preliminary design was commissioned for a remodel of an existing ranch house with commanding water views to Governors’ Island on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. Prior builder features and additions needed changing, as well as a gut-renovation of the interior and a conversion of the garage to a master suite. A New England palette of white trim and shingles was envisioned as part of the ranch-style rebirth.
