The historic Masonic Temple in Quincy Center was built in 1926 and was almost completely destroyed by fire in 2013. FoxRock Quincy bought the building in 2017 to redevelop the site, half of which is now the existing foundation of the old Lodge Room, exposed to the elements. The remaining front half of the building is being studied for hospitality, as a new restaurant to become part of the brisk redevelopment activity occurring in Quincy. The remainder of the site is tracked for longer-term project study, possibly as a new hotel facility for the emerging satellite hub. Helicon is providing core and shell renovation and interior design services.
