141 Longwater Drive Base Building Lobby + Entry

This is the first of two base building renovations at a newly restyled office complex at the Assinnippi Office Park in Norwell, MA. This first renovation borrows theme and imagery taken from the local nearby landscape of the winding and turning North River. A series of blue-green metal panels clad the exterior, and inside, at the lobby a cove-lit wave form of gypsum tiles is used as a built-in feature instead of artwork.
