Fitness Center, Albion Crossing

Helicon provided budget designs to renovate this existing fitness center as the first-phase of an existing 200,000 square foot office complex being repositioned for a multi-tenant turnaround. Helicon is providing ongoing planning and design for exterior upgrades, new lobbies and amenity packages.
