The Lottery

Helicon Design provided planning and design for the relocation of the 60,000 square foot southeast office and warehouse of the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission at the Braintree Business Park. The four-building business park was underutilized and is undergoing upgrades and turnaround by FoxRock Properties. The tenant project includes a public retail claims center which rolls out the Lottery’s new materials and finishes.
