Monica Maganzini is an 8-year practice veteran with experience in a variety of project types including residential, medical and public buildings. She joins the Helicon team with an interest in adaptive reuse and historical preservation. She is well-versed in all project phases from Programming to Construction Administration and Client Relations. Monica is highly experienced in construction documents, building codes, accessibility and Massachusetts DPH requirements and is also extremely proficient in multiple BIM softwares and also brings value to a client team managing production and project standards. She places a priority on human experience and functionality. Notable past projects include those for Granite Telecommunications, Beth Israel Lahey Health, various towns and municipalities and UMASS Memorial Health.
